Presenting a stunning locket-pendant designed in the shape of a Russian Imperial gilt silver 84. The pendant is engraved on both sides with a floral motif, decorated with natural rubies and emeralds.

This Imperial locket-pendant, a rare and historically significant piece, was crafted by the renowned workmaster Phillip Theodore Ringe. Its creation dates to the second half and the end of the 19th century in St. Petersburg, Russian Empire. Philip Theodor Ringe (Initials T.R) was a Livonian silversmith, jeweler, and Fabergé workmaster. He was born in Riga, Livonia, in 1824. He was head of a small workshop at 12 Malaya Morskaya in St Petersburg, producing modest enameled articles (seals, parasol handles, thermometers, belt buckles, miniature Easter eggs, sweet boxes) in gold and silver.

Hallmarks were struck on the loop with the work master’s initials "T.R." (Phillip Theodore Ringe) and the number 84 (Russian zolotnik system).

Length approximately: 21.1 mm Width: 17 mm The weight: 6.67 grams

The egg pendant is in good antique condition. This pendant has light signs of age. At magnification, you can see an unsuccessful attempt to remove the precious stones; one of the rubies is damaged. Otherwise, the locket pendant is in order in accordance with its respectable age and use. We have taken all these shortcomings into account in the price. Please note that this pendant egg is very miniature (21 mm), and in reality, imperfections are barely noticeable.

This is a very charming egg pendant! It would be a fantastic gift for yourself or someone special! Exceptional, unique item!
