Returns

We accept returns within 3 calendar days of delivery if an item does not meet your personal taste or expectations. Please contact us within this period before returning the item and wait for return instructions.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original components and packaging, and without signs of wear, alteration, or damage. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, adequate packaging, and ensuring that the item is shipped with appropriate tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are non-refundable.

Authenticity & Professional Attribution

We specialize in antique jewelry, gemstones, and works of art. Each item is carefully examined and researched before being offered for sale. Our descriptions, identifications, and attributions reflect our professional knowledge, expertise, and judgment.

We do not accept returns or refund requests based solely on disagreement with our professional attribution or on opinions expressed by third parties, including other sellers, online forums, or private individuals. Such opinions alone do not establish that an item is misidentified or inauthentic.

Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully and direct any questions to us before purchasing.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

All customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are separate from the purchase price and shipping cost and are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

Buyers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the import regulations and potential charges applicable in their country before placing an order.

Returns, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted because a buyer was unaware of, disagrees with, or does not wish to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other import charges. We do not pay or reimburse these charges on the buyer’s behalf.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days of purchase. Please note that processing may take longer during weekends and public holidays.

All shipments are sent with a tracking number and shipping insurance for added security and peace of mind.

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for complying with any delivery requirements, including signature confirmation where applicable. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times and any delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control are outside our direct control.
