A charming and finely carved rose quartz dog, accented with vivid ruby eyes. This delightful sculpture is believed to originate from China and dates to the mid-20th century, circa 1950s–1960s.

Carved from a substantial piece of translucent rose quartz, the figure displays a gentle expression and smooth, polished surfaces that highlight the natural beauty and soft pink hue of the stone. Particularly appealing is the visible crystalline structure of the quartz, which can be appreciated throughout the carving. The ruby-set eyes provide an attractive contrast.
