This vintage unmounted Carnelian shell cameo depicting the profile of the beautiful young lady is very well carved in exquisite detail. The cameo is decorated with a 0.03 ct diamond (2mm). This cameo dates back to around the 1910s-1930s. The carving on this cameo is excellent and well-detailed, with exceptional relief. This loose cameo would make a brooch or pendant and measures circa 50 x 37 mm. The cameo is in excellent condition. This cameo is fantastic! A small work of art!
